Ayo Akindumila, LMFT

Ayo is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, as well as a AAMFT Board Approved Supervisor. Over the last decade she has supported individuals, couples, and families as they work toward improving their mental health and relationships dynamics. She is also experienced with providing clinical training to MFT graduate students and associate clinicians. Ayo is passionate about seeing people and relationships grow. She uses warmth, kindness, and laughter to create an environment where that is possible, whether you are a client or a clinician in training.

As a dedicated Marriage and Family Therapist Intern, supervised by Ayo Akindumila, LMFT, AS, Breanna is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clarity. Her passion is grounded in the belief that healing begins in connecting with ourselves, as well as with each other. Whether it’s strengthening relationships, processing trauma, or supporting personal growth, Breanna hopes to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. She enjoys guiding clients toward a deeper understanding, healthier communication patterns, and long lasting change. With Breanna each session will be filled with empathy, curiosity, and a deep commitment to helping clients thrive, not just survive.
