Ayo is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in reducing anxiety for high achievers and postpartum parents. She is licensed to work with clients virtually in Indiana, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Texas. Over the last decade she has worked with individuals, couples, and families on improving their mental health and deepening connection at home. Ayo uses warmth, kindness, and laughter to create an environment where her clients feel comfortable enough to open up and brave enough to make changes.

In addition to her clinical work, Ayo is a dedicated MFT Clinical Supervisor, with the AAMFT Board Approved Supervisor designation. Her supervision style encourages deep clinical growth and personal development as her associates pursue their independent licenses and career goals. She brings the same warmth and honesty to her supervisees that she offers her clients, so they can grow into the therapists they dream of becoming.
